Stella McCartney cap, Marius traditional knit, Zara skirt, Acne scarf, Bianco boots and Dolce&Gabbana Sicily Bag
There is nothing to say about a classic Marius knit, something so beautiful, timeless and most important for me, warm. Being back in Norway makes me want to do all that makes me feel Norwegian, if you know what I mean. Make an appelcake like my grandmother told me, sit in front of the fire home with a large cup of hot chocolate and go for a run the woods. The autumn must be my favourite time of the year, it can take your presence for a moment, you just stare and appreciate. I'm not going to talk about time, because we all know how fast it goes when you need it to go slow. Using every moment home with loved ones and school books of course. I do remember sometimes, I go to university now. Anyways, Happy Halloween everyone!

In many ways I feel finally, home sweet home, because I'm in Norway again with family and friends. I have also been in Molde, seen the beautiful Norwegian countryside and celebrated a birthday. In Oslo this week, I've been working, reading and socializing. I kept thinking I was going to miss home, Norway and Oslo, but now I am looking forward to come back home to London, because that's where I live now. Lovely London that has captured my heart and attention.

Together with the fall comes the wind, orange leaves, quiet walks by the river and this easy hairdo makes it more comfortable. After I got my haircut last week, back to the more classic bob to start this season I really needed to get all that hair away from my face. Takes about two minutes and stays perfectly the whole day. I love fall and it's finally here i Kingston as well!
Martin Maison Margiela shirt, Zara skirt, Acne Studio scarf, Dolce&Gabbana Sicily bag and Bianco Timeless boots
This inner feeling grows, every time I'm there. It's red buses, classic taxis, the buzzing sound of something constant, life and atmosphere. London is really starting to grow on me and I love to be a part of it. The architecture, the people, the pace, the speed and all the moments that give you a smile over your mouth. Spent my time yesterday in smaller alleyways, London is so much more than Oxford Street.
Although the day started with a stranger's cup of coffee all over me, it ended well. Being spoiled with Ladurée and Jamie Oliver at Angel station was an extra special treat, it was a beautiful Saturday.

London on a normal Wednesday? Last year could I never thought that would become a part of my everyday life. A short trip with a train, to London Central. After just a month in London, today exactly, I begin to feel that I have become more a part of everything. I'm now a part of a student environment, a big university and a new city. The city is perhaps the most exciting thing for me. Way to many thing to see, all that to experience, so much to learn. I started the whole experience, pretty good with a trip to London Fashion Week, hard not to smile all the time.
Since last time, witch seems like several months from today have I made a very large choice, and was proud to admit that I had committed a great error. I think we are all going to experience something like that again, and certainly not be able to just leave it and go on. My head was definitely telling me "Hey girl, you will be so bored". I started Marketing Communication and Advertisting at university with high hopes of mass motivation and an exciting everyday. This was certainly not the thing for me. So very quickly, after only four days, I changed education into something much more human related. Human Resource Management. So far, very happy. I know some of you had some questions about education in London, so now you know, there is nothing wrong about making a mistake, just be honest about it.

Baum und Pferdgarten dress, vintage necklace and Bianco timeless boots
You probably remember, I spent the first weekend of September in Copenhagen and got this beautiful, yet very casul dress for everyday use. I have always been very happy about dresses but most dresses often get to party or to casual, this is something perfect in between. And green, the color green you guys is one color I really appreciate to wear. So leopard has been the thing for a long while now and I like to find the pieces with the little twist, like this one, a green leopard dress, for everyday use, or a party with some heels and the hair up with some earrings for a finishing touch.
The Bianco boots will become a favourite pair this fall, as I'm out exploring London as much as I can. Their new TIMELESS collection fits me and most other female in all ages. Is a collection with back to basic as a frame and great design.

London Fashionweek fall 13
This London student life, really study life in general, it is so new. The ability to fix meals with taste, friends, school must be made into new habits. So far, everything is going prettier than expected.
London Fashionweek is over for London this year and although I would gladly made the trip into London several times to see the circus of people and creativity I had to choose school. I will nevertheless share a little creativity and fashion. A couple of snaps from last weekend.
Suit designed by me, Zara coat, Acne Studio boots and Dolce&Gabbana Sicily Bag
Ohh London, I think I'm falling for you. When I moved to London on Tuesday, was I terrified and excited about my choice. I have experienced the independence of being a student living away from home and new people have moved into my life. Great people, loving people. I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to study in a city like London.
London Fashion Week is going on and I went on a trip yesterday, what a beautiful mess. Hundreds of fashionistas gathered at Sumerset House right in town. Skilled photographers and amateur cameras catching creative souls who spread their feelings with colorful clothes and statement pieces. I had to wear my suit, this beautiful suit made by my grandmother and me. A very classic look for my very first fashion week. I don't know how to express my happiness during the hour I was there, sharing a passion with so many different souls. Have you ever been to a fashionweek?

Bianco Fashionarmy Bootcamp in Copenhagen
Fresh monday! Some of you might have noticed on instagram that I was in Copenhagen this weekend, to attend the Bianco Fashionarmy Bootcamp! I had been looking forward to that weekend for months now and is was such a great success! I arrived Copenhagen saturday morning together with some other girls from Oslo area. We checked in at the beautiful Hilton and was guided to our private lounge. The whole day was filled with interesting presentations and lectures from people with serious skills and knowledge about fashion og how is all works with trend spotting and how is all starts. Very interesting to learn and experience. We also got go learn how an idea can become a shoe, and that is a long process. You should take a look at what you're wearing and recognize all the work behind the result. It's crazy many steps to final result.
But you might be curios, what is Bianco Fashionarmy? Well, The fashionarmy girls where carefully chosen this spring, and some of you perhaps applied. Our work now is to come with opinions to their future collections and collaborate with them online and sometimes make some design on our own. Something I consider an incredible opportunity. During the upcoming seasons will we recive trend reports, inspiration, make events in our local Bianco shop and actually be a part of the Bianco crew. I truly feel honored to be chosen among so many talented girls and that I got the chance to travel to Copehagen and experience their hospitality and intesse is us officers all over Scandinavia. My Bianco shop is locaded in Lørenskog, Metro center.
Other than this very spectacular weekend I really enjoyed some hours in the city this three lovely girl before we left, Copenhagen is beautiful, full of people. Have you ever noticed so mange stylish people on bikes? I'm amazed. I'll off to London tomorrow, geezzz. Time is air.
Vintage jacket by my grandmother, Issue 3.1 shirt and vintage shorts
Keeping everything very simple these days, I'm not sure why, but I think the reason might be because I'm trying to pack down my entire life in two suitcases.. Pretty hard. London is so near and I need to bring all my favourites an other essentials. I'm also traveling to Copenhagen this weekend for an exiting project. Can't wait meet up with that beautiful city and then share my experience with you.

Last Thursday was my birthday, big number twenty years! Very much planning and good friends made my birthday party so good I could have hoped it would be, a decent party hosted by me together with the people I care about. The dress is a treasure from many years back and was perfect for the occasion with regard to the theme of the birthday, Gatsby. The deep cut in this nude color attracts attention, but together with the slightly more respectable length is this the perfect dress for me. I also tested hot rolls, pretty fluffy results! Need to try this out several times with different hairstyles. A typical Jane Aldridge look, vintage!
The days races away anyway, work and very much family and friends. Moving to London next week stresses me and I have so much to do. Can not wait to share London content with you in the furure. Thanks for your patience in this month.

Hm dress, vintage bag, Michael Kors watch and bracelet
This beautiful white dress, was not the spring / summer hit I thought it would be. It was a late summer crush. Something so comfortable, still fashionabelt to a prettier everyday look is hard to find, at least in my closet at the moment. Yesterday, Sunday, a truly outstanding day in the city with lots of food, family and Amanda.
Lindex blouse, vintage shorts, Zara jacket and Hm tote.
I think you get it, I've been quite silent the last cuple of weeks and for once using all my time of work with the ones next to me. I've never really said it out loud, but there is a reason for this silence. In I need to tell you this. Time has been running so fast, both at work and especially after, during this so called free time. In about three weeks I'm not just away from Oslo, but from all I know today, to a new city. London awaits me in September and it feels incredibly large. Without doubt one of the greatest decisions I have made and I'm very excited. I do not know how to put feelings to words in this case, my belly tingles, I feel small yet incredibly large, for taking this decision. I'm moving because of education and a huge craving for something new and bigger. The world is right in front of us, we just have to find a way to get more out of it. Learn, experience, feel and see. I'm excited excited excited!

I have a thing, having to spend my one day off from work during week as best as I can. I had so little time that I was out of the apartment without mascara. But it's delicious, to not wear it. It might be bad to say, but after three weeks with so much sun, it felt so lovely with a little shade during the day, the heat is here anyway, just not as intense and I could use a coat. It's been too long since last time, I'm really too fan of the jackets. Walked by Acne today and ohh my, they scores with their basic garments. Something so timeless is nothing but perfect. Think I will have to invest in some knitwear for winter.

Acne knit, Gina Tricot dress and Kurt Geiger heels
I have been looking forward to this day since winter and tonight I'm heading to the arena to watch Rihanna live, once again. I remember last time and it was an super exiting experience. The photos above where taken a few days ago while having late dinner with my friend. These last weeks has been really busy but that is an normal working summer for everyone, right? Anyways, I really need to find some occasions to wear these killer heels. I must admit, it's pure love then I see them in my closet. My nr. one favorite pair if heels, no doubt. They are so sexy, different and gives me an feeling of being very very tall. Everyone, enjoy your week.

You gotta love a good sale, got these beauties some days ago! This green color is something I've been looking for. Well not exactly green, but a pais of boots with another color than black or brown. Can't wait for fall to come, so I can wear them everyday. Now, everybody living near Oslo at least, should get out in the nice weather and enjoy this gorgeous sunday with a smile. I will a least.
Gina Tricot blouse+grey dress, Nine West ballerinas and Dolce & Gabbana Silicy bag
If there is a color, I can use without any problem, all year, other than white and black, it must be green. It's timeless for me. This oversized shirt was a real deal at Gina Tricot last week and will probably be wearing it for the rest of this year. Anyways, knowing that summer has arrived in Oslo, is there really nothing better to wear than something airy and light. Dresses, shirts and skirts. Looking forward to my mini weekend, Sunday and Monday with something cold to drink in the sun.

I do not know what happened, but a summer full of colorful clothing has not completely taken place so far this year.. Inspiration have I had plenty of both traveling and through my everyday inspiration sources. There are colors everywhere. I remember back, some years ago, just to reflect on this rather basic summer wardrobe. I used so much black and decided that it had to end, I could probably dress up a whole family for funeral. Now, I miss a little more black, a little more simplicity. My wardrobe have so many colorful pieces. Maybe my terrible cold during last week has helped the less colorful mood. Who knows. I at least enjoy summer days now, before and after work.

After yesterday, which was a very good day with Michelle has a terrible cold caught up with me during night. Lately I've spent so much time thinking, planning and very much looking forward to fall, I'm moving out of Norway and jumping into something new. Yesterday I sat thinking about all I had to do, to make it perfect, but it's just nonsense. It's a bit like wishing you had a unicorn, something that does not exist. The perfect has become such a normal word to live up to, when the most exciting and inspiring are all that other, that just happens, you can feel something afterwards and you learn from it. Challenges and tougher times is with us to shape us as a person. A perfect life, would well become pretty boring for us most, right?

Talking about getting back to an more everyday life. Traveling a month really makes you forget how it is to wake up early for work. While getting into my routines again I had this magnificent weekend with barbeque and sunday in the park. I must admit, after spending my time in New York, Miami and Gran Canaria in June, there is really nothing as great as norwegian summer when you first get it!
Can you believe all these pictures are taken in Gran Canaria? On Monday we had a spectacular all-day road trip and drove around the island. I must say that there is so much more beauty to see than just beaches. The incredible landscape surprised me, they even have a small desert, just as the one in Sahara. Sand dunes that stretch for kilometers across. The mountains are so high, so high that you get vertigo when being on different viewpoints. Beautiful Gran Canaria!

Gran Canaria's mountainous areas is definitely something to see, if you are interested in more than just beach and swimming. I think that learning to be a proper tourist when traveling will give so much more out of everything. You get a journey full of adventures, instead of an ordinary trip, which only put in the back of your head as soon as you're done. The photos above, from Fátaga was a delightful place, between Canarias huge mountains. Remember to follow me on bloglovin sweeties!

There is something so delicious with summer, once you get a little bit of color. You can use so little makeup and nevertheless feel so fresh like that the rest of the year. When I was in the U.S. I found a concealer called Fake up from Benefit. A stick, looks like a lipstick, with a moisturizing part, and one that covers. Just a bit under the eyes and you're good to go with a little blush on the cheeks and a light coat of mascara. Nothing is better than that. By the way, I'm in Gran Canaria now, really feeling a perfect summer weather. No wonder so many travel here to get the summer feeling.

I was told that the hotel we stayed at in Miami, The Mondrian, was, when built, inspired by the movie Alice in Wonderland. But because I've never seen this movie, it was quite difficult to compare. Anyway, it was something wonderfull about this hotel. There was this beautiful garden, very simple, just green, natural high walls, with paths. You could walk around in circle again and again. Just because there was something magical about it. Curiosity wondering what's around the next corner. In other places, around and in the hotel, they also had these enrome bells in gold, with beautiful chandeliers hanging inside the bells. Quite wonderfull to.

Dolce&Gabbana Sicily Bag
My biggest purchase in fashion ever, my first designer handbag to mark a very eventful year. There was no doubt when I saw this bag that this was the one. I've always liked the handle of Louis Vuitton's Alma Bag, but the shape would not be optimal for school and everyday life in the way I wanted. This is so classic, with room for my things, the texture of the leather is beautiful. On top of everything it has this strap, so you can use this in different way, and that something to love. This really is a stunning black leather bag from the excellent Dolce&Gabbana. Classic, very me and very timeless. I truly entered fashion heaven in their store. The spring collection is absolutely breathtaking, just to mention. Think I'm in love with it just to make a statement.
In this case the bag represents a new start for me, and the ending of this year that has been so full of things, private. I left school a year ago and I have been working, with a lot of thoughts in my mind, experienced more than ever and made one of the most important decisions in life so far, further education. I've decided to believe in myself and some luck on my way. The future is great, uncertain and exciting. In the meantime, summer be filled with strawberries, sun, sunscreen, sea, friends, food and family. Can't wait.

"It's not about just seeing beautiful places. It's about seeing the beauty in every place..."
Margiela shirt, Zara skirt, Kurt Geiger heels
Although our days in Miami was quite gray, we managed to get out and experience the city of Miami. It's so exciting to travel to new places, experience new ways of living, in a very superficial view of course and see everything. Everyone looks so incredibly laid back and in some ways is admire that. Compared to New York or Oslo, it seems so relaxing. Palms all over the place gave me the Miami feeling I was looking for!
Lets talk about food experiences, Miami has a lot of good food to offer, which is one of the things I love most and appreciated when I'm on vacation. Shopping can be found many places but food, I love food and tasted the best sushi in my life at the Delano hotel. A small, small sushi restaurant where you sit with two cooks just meters away from you. You are also surrounded by amazing interiors, because this hotel give you a feeling of something very sexy. It's darker, deeper, soaring ceilings and special furniture that fills the room just enough. My best recommendation from Miami, no doubt.
Minimum dress, Zara heels
This day really started with a pajamas from Victoria here in Miami. Miami life has been pretty sweet, relaxing and cozy. The pajamas had pineapples all over and was so sweet. Lets say I took inpirasjon from it, and when, all I wanted to wear this night was the yellow dress from Minimum with these green heels. A proper pop up color is a must and can not be avoided sometimes. Yellow is also one of the colors that you just suddenly get the urge to use and just need to use.
Alexander Wang sweater, Zara skirt, Michael Kors watch, YSL ring and Zara shoes
Central Park was the most magical place in New York, without a doubt. The presence of such an intense city with so much traffic, fashion, people, noise, life give you the need of a park like the one in NY. Just a few minutes away from it all. It was a completely different world wandering in the park. You were somewhere else, not in a city. But that is maybe why everybody loves New York, you can find so big differences just around the next corner.
Suit designed by me, shoes Michael Kors, Mulberry pouch and Michael Kors watch and Hm top
Although our NY days are over for now, am I pretty satisfied in Miami. We flew over from the big city to the beach town yesterday afternoon and checked into the most spectacular hotel I have experienced so far. It's so modern, great design and colors. New York was extremely successful and this day, the pictures above were taken was definitely the best. Long bike ride in Central Park and dinner at Bistro Milano. High level pasta.
The best thing about the evening was the question I got from a real New Yorker: "Are you a fashion blogger?!?". I was quite in shock and she gave me her card, to her own NY blog. Maybe I should get me one of those to? Haha. Loving the crazy New York.
Mango dress, Nike sneakers, Ysl ring and By Malene Birger clutch
NEW YORK. Talk about living up to expectations. This city is so full of energy, I have never experienced anything like this. It came as no surprise that we've actually are spending all our time on the streets. I have nseen such large stores, got the most beautiful compliments and some interesting taxi experiences. Some of you may see which place is this right away? It was like walking into the movie and all the emotions. Grand Central Park, you do have magic. I think I'm in love.
Brand new start! One can have many ways to say it's strange, but for my own part, to actually take a decisions to delete anything that previously existed and start over was in a way quite big. But I'm very happy to be back and this day, is the first day of my holiday and the energy flows trough my body! Why I have chosen to start again is simply changes, I'm very happy with changes because most of the big changes I have experienced in life so far has given me more than anything. This is the start of another new project. When I compare myself, from a year ago, until now, things are so different. I have been so uncertain about future and study. Now that some pieces has fallen into place I'm mentally and physically in a completely different place, I feel so much better. I have family close, close friends and are surrounded by a lot of pleasure and love most of the time.
Thinking about the blog, a have some ideas in my head, I want to inspire more. For me that means focus even more, and spend more time with photos, quality before quantity. The focus will once again be fashion and travel. The blog will have a super start with new adventures on my white sheets with a great journey, together with a person I have near and dear. Tomorrow I'll travel to a city I've always wanted to experience. The big apple. Finally, before this new start, a little bit of reminiscing, a little recap of what was, then draw a line and start something new.
